"I was born in Tunisia to a devout Jewess. She taught me to trust in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Later my family moved to Israel to build the country as good Zionist pioneers. As a teenager I asked myself, Why doesn't God speak to my Jewish people as He used to. Later, I started seeking God. I asked my brother-in-law, who was a religious man "What I should do to be close to God ?" His answer was "Keep Kosher and Sabbath." I had already tried that.
