"Growing up in a JW home I never knew what it meant to have Jesus Christ personally talk to me through His word. Ten years ago, I was alone in my room when the Holy Sprit revealed my DESPERATE need for Christ’s forgiveness. I had never heard the gospel as a JW but I was deeply convicted of my own sinfulness and begged God to show me what I needed to do to get everlasting life. Falling to my knees I asked Jesus Christ to forgive me. Just then the Holy Sprit laid John 3:3 on my heart. As I looked into my mirror I SAW A NEW PERSON STARING back at me. Sobbing out of RELIEF I ran to find my husband’s police issue Bible. As I opened it,it fell open to Jesus' words, "unless a man is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." John 3:3.
