"I really need help. O.k i get really scared infront of crowds like speaking and doing reports but i think this is way beyond just being afriad. I' am fifteen and i still cant speak infront of people. I know this sounds like just a little fear that everyone has but i have it really bad. I went to God about it and asked him to help me overcome. But everytime im going to read somethin, I make a excuse up and have some reason i cant do it ( like i forgot my paper or somethin like that).I really want to overcome it but im still toooo scared. Please i know this may not mean alot but it really means alot to me. can u help???"
