"I was a Hindu, very reserved and bound by religious traditions. Twenty-two years I dwelt in darkness and failed to see the love of Jesus Christ. When I was in Pune,India, I was invited by my friends to the Oldham Methodist church. I was touched by the verses in Romans three, John 3:16 and John 14:6 where Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." I realized that I was a sinner. I needed a Saviour and that only Jesus can save me. I knew that doing good deeds would not save me but repenting for my sins, accepting Jesus as my personal God, Lord and my Saviour will save me. So I accepted Him and took baptism in July.
