"At the age of fifteen while riding behind a tractor and hay baler and watching the tractors tire mash the stubble and leave its imprint in the earth. I said to the man next to me, "Wouldnt it be something if that tire ran over a man's head?" He said, "Especially if that man lived to tell about it." The next day that same tire went over my head on a PAVED ROAD. My skull was cracked and blood gushed out my ears. I cried, "Im dying", to those with me and said. "Pray for me". They prayed. At the hospital, the doctors said they could only watch me and did not know how this would effect me in later years.
