"I am a nurse in a busy doctor's office. Ephesians 4:26a came alive for me the other day. We have a patient who always manages a confrontation with someone in the office. When she requested a treatment that wasn't available on the day she called, she came into the office and became very angry. I had prayed before she arrived and asked God to contol my tongue and keep me calm. The woman became threatening and abusive. After about thirty minutes of this, I was shaking from head to toe. When she refused to leave, the police escorted her out of the building. God answered my prayer. At no time did I utter a word that I regret.
