"I'm a child of divorced parents. My real dad had an affair--several affairs actually, so my mom divorcd him. Now, my mom's married to another guy--he's adopted me and all that good stuff. My new dad is a Christian. I believe it was God's plan, as crazy as that may sound. I know what I'm about to say will sound weird. NOBODY SHOULD GET A DIVORCE. I am sorry, but you have to work it out. If you want a divorce because you don't love your spouse anymore, that's no excuse. Please, even though my situation turned out happy, I still wonder about my real dad and what would have happened if they didn't get a divorce.
