I came to know Jesus Christ in 1997. I had been drinking, doing drugs-you name it. I was truly on the road to hell. One morning, while at work I fell shattering both heels and ankles, fracturing three vertebra, and breaking my arm in several places. I was releasd from the hospital one month later into the care of a Christian nurse. She had a captive audience, and instantly knew I needed more than just her help. Every day she would leave a page from 'The Daily Bread' on my breakfast tray. I resented her doing this. It was a long hard battle as Satan was faced with a messenger from the Lord.
