My life dream was to play professional basketball. I thought that would fill the void in my life. My friends and coaches in high school and college told me to give it up. In Junior College I surrendered my life to Christ. He filled the void. Later, I went on tour with Athletes in Action where I was able to play basket ball and share Christ. That was followed by an opportunity to play in Brazil. For a person who had been ridiculed all my life for daring to dream, Jesus honored my dream, filled the void and gave me opportunites, not only to play, but to witness for Him.
