"As a young man I had no peace, even considered suicide. At the age of nineteen I was diagnosed with Melanoma Cancer. I underwent radical surgery followed by 4 more surgeries, experimental Chemo and radiation. One night in the hospital a voice came to me saying, "if you dont drink you will die." I jumped up from a vegetable state and began drinking. I called on the name of Jesus. I was a skeleton, yet faith in God grew strong. The cancer had spread and though my doctors said they could do no more for me, I felt joy and peace. They sent me home, told me not to think about the cancer and to live a good life until the end.
