I was addicted to food--considered an "acceptable sin" by many. I ballooned up to 174 lbs. Now I am 110. The Lord has shown me the way to deliverance and I am here to tell my fellow-fatties: "If I can do it, YOU can too.!!" Two years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer and went through a lumpectomy, chemo and radiation. The Lord showed me that my years of overeating and weight gain were partly to blame. My doctor also confirmed this. I started on my life-long food plan in Nov. of 1997, with the Lord's help, and I have not turned back. I've found that a 300 lb. chocolate addict is in no position to help a drug or alcohol addict. Romans 14:17, "The kingdom of God is not in eating and drinking..."
