I have two diseases that are terminal, at least in the doctor's view. To me, being a Christian means that nothing is terminal. Since Jesus died to give us eternal life and this life we have on earth is just a speck in time, then I can say that they used the wrong word. Terminal isn't in my vocabulary. The word I use is, "I get to go Home." My illness and coming death gives me a chance to share Jesus with many people, and because of my hope in Christ, my faith has become contagious. So, I praise God, for all He has given--even my illness. God is using this illness to show others the greatest gift He could have given--His Son Jesus Christ, Who said, "I am the resurrection and the life, he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live..."
