My mother was schizophrenic. My father was an alcoholic and died prematurely. My brother was schizophrenic and nearly killed my mother. My other brother, who was the stable one and the joy of our family committed suicide. I spent many years in counseling therapy. It was during this time, I started back to church. It was during my schizophrenic brother's stay in the hospital that he gave his life to Christ. It was during my mother's stay in a care center that she was able to forgive my brother. My husband helped me also to forgive my brother. Our family is stable, loving, and happy today. With all these trials we were brought closer to God and I wouldn't change anything because of it. These trials were truly blessings in disguise. (Romans 8:28). Gloria Click HERE to create a banner that links to this story! Your e-mail address will be kept private!
