Junior High is a confusing time in any kids life. But with the added chaos of domestic problems, alcoholic family members and not one stable person around, I really didn't think about Christianity. Until one day I was really scared over something and remembered my Earth Science teacher was a pastor. So my cousin and I called him to ask for advice. Ever since then he would always ask me to church and I would continually refuse. I mean I was really shy so there was no way I was walking into a Church all by myself. One day he saw me walking and asked me if I wanted to go to some Christian concert and I accepted. I still didn't start attending church, but he remembered me over the summer and called me up to invite me to camp. After some thought I went and truly decided to serve Jesus.
