I am 14 years old. I never went to church because my Mom never went to church. Well last year I moved here, got involved with church and went to camp. When I arrived at camp I had no idea what I was doing. I didn't even know how to use a Bible. Well I made new friends at camp and learned to use the Bible (Acts 8:30-31). I put all my trust into my family at camp which was very hard for me considering I have no trust in a lot of people. The biggest part of my camp was accepting His invitation. As Romans 10:17 (KJV) says, "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." It was a total new experience for me!! I felt so loved!!!! My favorite verse from camp would be Isaiah 40:31, "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles..."
