My name is Louis Rothwax and I am a 32 year old born again christian. I was saved in 1996 after a cousin of mine who was ajew for jesus witnessed to me and showed me that jesus was all over the old testament and prophecys concerning his birthplace, virgin birth, ressurection were all there in the old testament and then fulfilled in the new testament. My family is jewish and I still pray for them everyday to be saved and see that jesus is the messiah. Before I met Christ my life was filled with an anger problem and terrible obsessive compulsive thoughts. I went to boarding school and when I was upset I often hit the wall. One time I got so upset I hit a lamp and had to have stitches. I also tried stupid ways to get rid of stress like smoking a cigar or a cigarette although I never got truly addicted. my girlfriend in boarding school who is still a special friend today was a baptist and I remember once she said I love being a christian because I know I have eternal life. That actually made me somewhat curious about her faith but I still believed I was born jewish and that's how I will stay. But now that I met Christ I am still jewish in fact you could say I am a completed Jew who has found his messiah. I officially invited Christ in to my life after watching Pat Robertson do a salvation prayer on television and I remember I immediatly called my cousin who said I should look for a good bible believing messianic synogouge or a church. I must have checked out 6 churches before I found a good bible preaching church. I just praise God for his free gift of salvation because he has changed my life, I never get really angry anymore I quit smoking when under stress and I quit cursing for themost part. Yes just as the bible says in 2 corintians 5:17 if any man be in christ he is a new creature. I am a new creature who is filled with the holy spirit and I will serve him all of my days.
