Jesus Christ said, come unto me you that are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Where the Spirit of Christ is there is Liberty. So many of us are having a difficult time dealing with our brokenness. Whether it is caused by our own actions, decisions, or our own weaknesses. And, of course, in this evil time of abortion, divorce, hatred, jealousy, crime, or other relationships gone wrong; we are deeply hurt and sore in heart. We need healing, but wrap (the hurts and cuts) up inside of ourselves. It festers, grows, and erupts until we have lost our freedom to become all that we can be. Our conscience is crowded by what will others think if they knew, what more do I have to put up with in this life, and other things. Here is what one of my friends is doing about it. She read the Bible and asked Jesus to tell her what else she needed to do to be completely whole. She took a nap, awoke refreshed, and immediately the Lord gave her a vision. The vision was of a little girl with broken glass all around her. She reached down to pick up all the broken pieces. The Lord spoke to her and said, "I'll pick them up for you!" She immediately knew that those pieces of broken glass represented all the hurts, cuts, and bruises of her whole life. She wanted so much to get rid of. She said, "Yes, Jesus. You pick them up for me, I don't need them any longer, and heal my heart. I want to be free from all of those hurts. I want to be free. Thank you, Jesus." Our brokenness, is one of the most important things we (as God's People) need to surrender to Him ... so that we can be healed of our brokenness. Jesus Christ is the only healer and burden bearer that we have. So, go to Jesus in Bible study, prayer, and surrender all your hurts and brokenness to Him. He will gladly take all of them. Please do not hold anything back. 1Pet 5:6. He set me free! Praise Him, He set me free! He can you, also. Come unto Jesus Christ, all ye that are heavy laden, and He will give you rest, healing, mercy and blessings.
