I have worked in the television news business and as a Paramedic for the past twenty-two years. I had always asked myself, why did this happen, why did this person die? Why did the child die when the drunk driver lived. It was constant! Always, everyday! I never understood. It was such a terible way of life, never knowing. Then, I know this will sound really stange, I watched the Dale Earnhardt service on TV. The pastor said that there is a force more powerful than death in this world. It hit me. Finally, after so many years of wondering, why did this person die? I had an answer and it felt wonderful. I have had such a weight lifted from my shoulders.
