I grew up in a middle class family but my dad used to get drunk and intimidate me so much that i thought it better when he wasn't there. I used to read his pornography at an early age which gave me loads of problems in later life. I left when i was 17 and began to get drunk and take cannabis ,magic mushrooms, speed and lsd.I travelled and worked around Israel and europe but i was experiencing mental problems of fear and paranoia,i was almost going insane. When i returned home i went into a church that was open and i began to cry many tears asking God to forgive me. About a week later i asked the vicar if i could become a christian, i prayed asking God to forgive me, i repented of my sins, i thanked Jesus for dying for me and i recieved the gift of the holy spirit.Miraculously i felt Gods presence i saw his glory and experienced His love,joy and peace. I have been a member of a local churh for many years now ,i love the bible andi have been involvd in evangelism, in childrens work,and in the church music goup, i am now married with 2 children have a good home and am seeking to know God more and to be doing His will for my life.The bible is the word of God and as Jesus said i am the way, the truth, and the life and whoever the son sets free is free indeed Click HERE to return to the edited story Click HERE to create a banner that links to this story!
