I was Drug addict, An Alcoholic, been with many woman, and was facing 40 years in prison by the time I was 20 years old. 3 years later after dealing with going in and out of jail, long nights of drinking, using any kind of drugs I could find, and having one night stands with woman I barley knew. Jesus took me away from that life of heart ache depression. He spoke to me in jail when I was up there. They called for church that morning and I was not going to go, but something kicked me out of my bunk and a voice said to me you need to go to this. I went to the jail house church. They talked about giving you're life to God and we could have better life than what we had then. I thought about that while I was in my cell and gave my life to Jesus and prayed and asked Jesus. I promised to live better and do gods will if God would help me out of jail. Two days later I was released from jail and no charges pressed against me. I went and talked to a pastor my mother knew. I admit life has not been easy since that day, but with faith and knowing God is always with me and is always protecting me from all the stuff of my past I will make it till the day I go to see Jesus my best friend in heaven.
