As a spirit filled christian just divorced and arriving in Saudi Arabia , just thereafter,believing that I was worthless to God and what I believed in did'nt work, that who Jesus is,that what the bible says is not true; I have found that through meeting so many different people of different spiritual backgrounds.....that WHO JESUS IS does make all the difference. Because I was a SPIRIT FILLED christian and someone who knew Jesus when I got divorced, I felt that God could never accept me or use me and that I was on my way too hell, so to speak and that I had committed an unpardonable sin. It has been rather truamatic for me because I have loved Jesus since I was a little girl....yet while being in Saudi Arabia where really, it is just you and God because everything that you know is unfamiliar and what is totally normal too you is suddenly forbidden.( Being in Saudi Arabia is a little like living in a glorified jail.) I have learnt that nothing,absolutely nothing can seperate you from the love of God.ROMANS 8:38-39. For everyone who is and has gone through the end of a marriage, just do not forget that the mercy of the Lord endures forever and that they are new every morning. To conclude I want to end with the verse of a song "I AM FOUND IN YOU" of Steven Curtis Chapman. " SO WHERE ELSE COULD I TURN AND WHERE ELSE COULD I GO. YOU HAVE GIVEN ME LIFE. YOU HAVE MADE ME WHOLE. YOU HAVE RESCUED MY SOUL, SO WHERE ELSE COULD I GO, FOR I HAVE FOUND IN YOU ALL I'VE BEEN MADE FOR. SO THERE'S NO WHERE ELSE I COULD GO. I AM FOUND IN YOU". My life is changing daily and the plans and purposes that God has in store for us cannot be thwarted.
