I became a Christian in 95! Before that I was in depression and I was suicidal! I was put on a ton of meds! To help contol it! I would try to kill myself not knowing any other way! I was brought up in a Christian home but I was not aware of how God loves me! Well there was this Church camp and MOm did not want me to go because she feared of what I would do! But she let me she gave me the meds and I went to Church camp! There was this GIrl named Mandy who kept after me to accept Christ! Finally on the last night she and I went up the the alter and she prayed with me and I accepted Christ! I came home LIke normal mom gave me my meds but there was something different everytime she would give me the meds I would fall asleep! So she reduced them but I still fell asleep and was drowsy! So mom decided to cut off the meds! I was like a normal girl my age! THe depression lasted for 3 years! Now I am a healthy young lady who knows GOd loves her unconditionally. John 3:16-17 says For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that who so ever believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life!17 FOr God did not send his son into the world to condemn but that the world might be saved through him!
