I was born into a chrsitain home but parents who really loved me yet I never accepted there love. I wenat to christain school and heard about Jesus very day yet I never thought that it was the thing for me. I got into a lot of drugs and alchole when I was in grade 8. I wanted to fell accepted by the "cool" people or at least the ones that I thought were cool. I changed schools for grade 10 a bigger one but still a christain one. The people there were very different and I like what they had. They had Jesus but I still was to stubbron to listen to God and take him into my heart. My relationship with my parents started to get better and we started to understand each other and get a long. My younger brother had become a christain annd tried to show me how wonder ful it was. I know something was missing in my life but I was not sure what it was. On June 11,1998 my parents and little brother were killed in car accident. My world came down around me. But the fridt thing I turned to for help and comfort was God. God gave me the strengh to go on and deal with the life that I had ahead of me.I became a christain just a few weeks after with a close freind from school. Today I am a grade 12 student who has to live with a new family and a new life. I still have a older sister who has just gotten married but has turned from God becuse of what has happened to our family. Also a older brother who has done the same. I have found out in the past few weeks that I have a blood disease that could kill me in the next two years. I have been in and out of hospitals so that they can cure me of what I have. I am on a path with the Lord it is no easy path but it is the one choosen for me by God. There is a verse in the Bible not sure were but it says God will not give you any thing that you can not handle but will provide a way out. That is what I live by. Also Jerimaih 29:11.
