The COPPA was passed in an effort to protect children under the age of 13 and to protect their privacy over the Internet. He Invites, Inc. and its web sites are in complete compliance with the COPPA.

He Invites, Inc. collects the following information from its web sites:

1. Person's real name
2. Person's e-mail address
3. Person's home address may be collected if a credit card donation or purchase is made through the He Invites web site. Due to age limitations on credit card holders, He Invites does not collect home addresses from people protected by the COPPA.

He Invites, Inc. uses the information collected to send one-way e-mail communications between 1 and 5 times per week. This information is not ever made public, is not ever disclosed to anyone outside of He Invites, Inc. and is not ever sold to or shared with other organizations or companies. People that use He Invites' discussion and support groups are required to give an e-mail address for security purposes. Any user who wishes for his or her e-mail address to remain hidden to other users of the discussion groups may do so by checking the "Anonymous" setting in the signup procedure. Any user that does not select "Anonymous" during the signup will have his or her address visible to the other discussion group members. He Invites, Inc. will switch any user into "Anonymous Mode" upon request.

He Invites, Inc. makes reasonable efforts to obtain parental consent before collecting any information whatsoever from any person under the age of 13.
